Verified specifications
How to judge fit
- The board or finished part can be held consistently on a flatbed platform.
- The required print area is within 2500 × 1300 mm.
- The buyer can test the real substrate and artwork when white, colour or varnish is required.
- Configuration, site conditions, acceptance tests and service scope will be confirmed in writing before purchase.
Verify the job before purchase
Record substrate, batch, maximum size, thickness, quantity, viewing side, fabrication and end-use environment.
Retain an untreated piece from the same batch and compare cleaning, primer and white-ink constructions.
Record model, configuration, file, ink order, mode, conditions and measured production time.
Inspect appearance and run the agreed adhesion, rubbing, cleaning, bending or fabrication checks, including failed areas.
What the specification does not prove
- A material fitting on the bed does not prove ink adhesion. Coatings, contamination, static and downstream fabrication can change the result.
- “Ricoh Gen6 configuration” does not define printhead count, colour channels or controller option. Confirm these in the signed appendix.
- Until dated raw test records are available, this page does not claim production speed, print accuracy, payback or universal outdoor durability.
M5-2513R6 FAQ
Can the M5-2513R6 print every material?
No. Machine geometry and ink-to-surface compatibility are separate questions. Test every new material and batch.
Why is production speed not listed?
The source documents do not yet include a publishable dated test record with configuration, mode and raw evidence, so speed is not presented as verified.
How do I obtain the correct configuration?
Send substrate, size, batch, finish and daily-output requirements. Confirm the final configuration in a signed technical appendix after sampling.
