Buying and sampling guides
Identity and document consistency
Match company name, address, website, contact, model naming and technical sheets. Expired certificates or untraceable figures are not current evidence.
Machine configuration
List heads, colours, white/varnish, bed, software, computer, accessories and options; separate standard items from extras.
Real-media sampling
Bring routine, difficult and future media. Record batch, pretreatment, ink layers, mode, actual time, failures and limits.
Repeatability and continuous run
Do not rely on one selected sample. Repeat the same file and test registration, colour, nozzle condition, feeding or fixtures at a realistic rhythm.
Acceptance and training
Define tests, records and correction before signing. The assigned operator should start, check, load, print, maintain and shut down independently.
Total delivery and support
Compare machine, freight, installation, training, consumables, wear parts, software and spares. Put exclusions and remote/on-site conditions in the contract.
